Educational Purchase, Refund and Cancellation Terms

Scope and existing agreements

These educational purchase terms apply to new purchases made after publication of this version. They do not amend earlier purchases, remove statutory rights or earlier promises, or replace separately agreed terms for other products, professional-review services or licensed real estate services. Accepting these terms for a new transaction does not surrender rights on an earlier order. Creating or accessing an account does not itself purchase a product or change an existing agreement.

Digital educational products and purchase details

We offer self-paced digital educational courses, modules and downloadable learning materials. Review the product description, learning outcomes, included materials, technical requirements, price and access period before purchasing. If uncertain about a complete program, consider starting with an individual module.

The product page identifies the purchased content, price and access period. The checkout shows the payable currency, applicable taxes and final total before payment. Unless a different start date is expressly stated on the purchase page, digital course access is provided through your Thinkific account following successful payment and enrollment. Access periods are measured from enrollment as stated on the product page. An individual module does not include a complete program or specialty courses unless expressly stated.

Use an internet-connected device and compatible browser. Downloadable fillable PDFs require a PDF reader that supports form completion and saving. Keep a saved copy of your completed tools in your own secure files. Educational decision support does not create agency, licensed representation or professional certification, and does not replace required disclosures or qualified legal, financial, tax, inspection or other professional advice.

Seller Module 1: Know Your Property

The one-time base price is US$55. Applicable taxes and any selected local-currency total are shown before payment. This purchase includes teaching content, applied practice, the fillable Property Knowledge File and reflective Decision Check. It includes Seller Module 1 only, not Seller Complete or specialty courses. Access lasts 180 days from enrollment.

Refund and cancellation policy

Purchases are generally final once access to the purchased digital product has been provided. We do not offer a general money-back satisfaction guarantee. Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds after access for a change of mind, failure to complete a course or a decision that the material is no longer needed. Access alone does not remove statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.

For non-delivery, access failures, incorrect or duplicate charges, or material differences from the description at purchase, contact [email protected] with your order reference and a brief explanation. Do not email payment-card details or sensitive property records. We will investigate and provide remedies required by law. Otherwise, we will seek an appropriate resolution, which may include restoring access, correcting the issue or a full or partial refund. We will not require restored access, repair or credit instead of a refund where the law entitles you to a refund.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, payment-dispute or other consumer rights under applicable law. Requests before access are assessed under applicable law. Contacting support does not replace or shorten statutory deadlines or remedies.

Keep your purchase record

Review and correct your order before paying. Keep your order receipt and the dated purchase terms supplied with your purchase. Contact support if the purchased product or access instructions are not received as promised. Any applicable statutory requirements take priority over inconsistent wording in these terms.
